ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant, Federal for a US-based role with flexible/remote work options. The role focuses on consulting with federal customers and configuring the ServiceNow Platform to drive business outcomes, balancing long-term architecture and platform standards.

The ideal candidate will have TS/SCI with FSP, 8+ years in complex enterprise environments, and deep knowledge of LDAP/SSO/SAML, security, and data governance.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP).
• 8+ years hands-on technical experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience in enterprise IT platforms, ITSM tooling, ERP systems, cloud infrastructure, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver platform solutions with long-term technical architecture and ServiceNow standards.
• Lead design workshops across multiple ServiceNow products and capabilities.
• Draft technically-focused user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing strategy.
• Provide training and mentoring to other members of the ServiceNow delivery team and partner ecosystem.
