Job summary

LMI Government Consulting is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Implementation Specialist for a fully remote role supporting a Federal DoW client. You will drive the full implementation lifecycle across complex environments, collaborating with Agile teams and client stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has six plus years in ServiceNow configuration and deployment, strong requirements analysis, and scripting capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. Travel CONUS may be required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; degree in engineering, finance, economics, operations research, mathematics, or related field preferred.
• Six (6) or more years’ work experience.
• Four (4) or more years’ experience in configuration and implementation of the ServiceNow platform or applications.
• Experience with Agile DevSecOps in client environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities in client environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow Business Rules and scripting on the ServiceNow Platform.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the full implementation life cycle to support the deployment of ServiceNow modules into complex client environments.
• Work with Agile teams and methodologies in a virtual environment.
• Develop a good understanding of the customer’s ServiceNow business needs.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders to understand the mission needs of the client and implement those requirements in ServiceNow.
• Provide technical expertise on all technical questions related to assigned implementation on the ServiceNow platform.
• Deliver in progress and final capability demonstrations of ServiceNow implementation to client stakeholders.
• Implement ServiceNow modules for multiple customers.
• Implement configurations and customizations for multiple customers.
• Create and manage workspaces, business rules, UI actions, workflows, reports, dashboards, and user portals.
