Job summary

LTS is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support a Department of Veterans Affairs program. This remote role focuses on designing and deploying integrations between ServiceNow and JIRA, ensuring secure and scalable data synchronization across platforms.

Qualified candidates will have a BS in a related field, 5+ years of experience, VA or US government contracting background, and a ServiceNow CAD certification with hands‑on Now Platform development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Department of VA or U.S. Government contracting experience.
• ServiceNow CAD certification and hands‑on Now Platform development.
• Strong JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub skills.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and cross‑platform data mapping.
• Familiarity with Jira project structure, workflows, and service accounts.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a VA Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy a bi‑directional integration between ServiceNow and JIRA.
• Create a scalable, secure connector that synchronizes incidents, demands, and change requests across both platforms.
