Atlas Copco North America LLC is seeking a remote Service Sales Specialist to drive VTS products across the Southeast US. You will grow the installed base by promoting service products and building strong customer relationships while collaborating with the regional sales and finance teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of industrial service sales experience, understands value-based selling, and can manage complex pricing and quotes. Travel up to 60% is expected, with overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in industrial service sales.
• Knowledge of value-based selling for service business.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to quickly learn new products.
• Experience in industrial environment; engineering background preferable.
• Clear understanding of optimized territory management.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% (50% overnight).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan and prioritize sales activities to hit targets.
• Collaborate with service aftermarket team for aftersales service.
• Provide market information and monitor pricing/competition.
• Prepare proposals and price quotes using the quoting tool.
• Develop and maintain relationships across the area.
• Update CRM with visits, opportunities, quotes and status.
• Coordinate with Finance to improve receivables.
• Grow business via installed base and undertake VTS projects.
• Provide customer feedback regularly.
