Job summary

Atlas Copco North America LLC seeks a results-driven VTS Sales Specialist to maximize sustainable growth of the VTS business across the territory by promoting service products to new and existing customers. You will report to the Regional Service Sales Manager - VTS North America and operate fully remote within the Southeast US, with substantial travel expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in industrial service sales, preferably in vacuum industry.
• Understanding of value-based selling for service business.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to quickly adopt to new products/technical developments.
• Experience in an industrial environment, engineering background preferred.
• Knowledge of optimized territory management.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel (up to 50% overnight, 10% local).

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact to achieve targets.
• Cooperate with service aftermarket team to ensure after-sales service and customer satisfaction.
• Provide market information to management including pricing and competitive insights.
• Prepare quotes and proposals using the discounts strategy and quoting tools.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers at all levels.
• Update CRM with visit reports, opportunities, and quotation status.
• Collaborate with Finance to improve receivables performance.
• Grow Installed base and new business in the assigned area.
• Support VTS initiatives and marketing campaigns.
• Provide customer feedback regularly.
