Job summary

Atlas Copco North America LLC is seeking a Service Sales professional focused on VTS, promoting service products to new and existing customers in the Southeast US. You will report to the Regional Service Sales Manager - VTS North America and drive growth with a value-based selling approach.

The role requires strong technical aptitude, customer relationship skills, and willingness to travel. It offers remote work with significant local travel and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in industrial service sales, preferably in vacuum industry.
• Understanding of value-based selling for service business.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to adapt to new products/tech developments.
• Experience in an industrial environment, engineering background preferred.
• Clear territory management and drive for results.
• Experience with SAP is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize sales activities to hit targets.
• Collaborate with service aftermarket team for aftersales service and customer satisfaction.
• Provide market information (pricing, competition) to management.
• Prepare service product proposals and price quotes using quoted tools.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships across the area and ensure high service standards.
• Update CRM with visits, opportunities, quotes, and status reports.
• Coordinate with Finance to improve receivables and reduce overdue accounts.
• Grow business by expanding the installed base.
• Undertake ad hoc VTS projects and marketing campaigns.
• Provide regular customer feedback and information.
