BGIS ITS is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator in Hudson, FL (Remote) to partner with field operations, dispatch, and technicians. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience in administrative, operations support, compliance, or service coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operational metrics and provide reports, trend analysis, and performance insights to managers.
• Track technician timecards and identify discrepancies or process issues.
• Review GPS and drive-time data for anomalies and report findings.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules and upcoming service appointments.
• Maintain on-call schedules, audit tracking reports, and operational documentation.
• Assist with expense reporting and credit card spend tracking.
• Review work orders and validate invoice accuracy before billing routing.
• Coordinate weekly meetings and capture notes with follow-up items.
• Support onboarding activities for new technicians and track milestones.
