You will match technicians to assignments, manage multiple work orders, and collaborate with operations and accounting. Hybrid work with three days in office and two remote is offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in service coordination, technician scheduling, dispatch, or related operational role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active jobs and shifting priorities.
• Clear and professional customer communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer work from sale through service delivery and invoicing.
• Schedule and assign field technicians based on availability, certifications, and job requirements.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, customer access, and other service logistics.
• Communicate scheduling updates and service status to customers and internal teams.
• Monitor open work orders and help resolve scheduling or execution issues.
• Support quoting, documentation, billing, and invoicing activities.
• Maintain accurate information within company and service-management systems.
• Collaborate with technicians, Account Managers, operations, and accounting teams.
