Job summary

BGIS ITS is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join the team in Hudson, FL and surrounding areas. You will oversee end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, define scope with stakeholders, develop project plans, determine resources and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery.

This role supports project controls, invoicing, vendor coordination, and client relationship management while ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety requirements. Travel regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• College diploma preferred in architectural technology, construction technology, engineering technology, business management or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years PM work or 5–7 years project coordination work.
• PM skills: delivering projects on-time, on-budget and compliant.
• Budget management experience and risk mitigation.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and vendor management.
• Proficiency with MS Office; ability to learn new apps quickly.

Responsibilities

• Plans and oversees the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects.
• Defines project scope, deliverables and requirements with stakeholders.
• Develops and implements project plans.
• Determines resource and budget requirements, cost estimates and timelines.
• Identifies risks and implements mitigation plans.
• Monitors delivery against timelines and ensures on-time completion.
• Oversees project team activities and task completion.
• Communicates status to stakeholders.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory, environmental, health and safety requirements.
• Supports invoicing, vendor billing and change orders.
• Maintains project data in PM software.
