Job summary

Epredia, a global leader in precision cancer diagnostics, is seeking a Service Market Development Representative. This remote role targets lead generation and customer conversion for the Service Business across three revenue streams: Service Contracts, Billable Service, and Spare Parts.

You will mainly contact customers by phone, with email and web tools to drive revenue in the Americas. You will manage targeted calls, pursue service revenue, coordinate with Field Service Engineers and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• 5+ years of sales, business development, account management, customer success, or service sales experience.
• Experience in healthcare, medical device, diagnostics, laboratory, instrumentation, or service industries preferred.
• Experience utilizing CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Must be able to work EST hours.
• Willing to travel to customer locations as needed (up to 10%).

Responsibilities

• Manage targeted customer calls, quote inquiries, product inquiries, documentation requirements to grow the Service portfolio.
• Proactively pursue service revenue including billable service, lost contracts, and warranty conversions.
• Decide on contract or billable service offerings based on customer needs and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Research and negotiate within market to secure service revenue and penetrate new territories.
• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed revenue growth objectives.
• Perform sales calls and vendor relations with customers, including occasional face-to-face meetings.
