Job summary

Leybold USA INC. seeks a Technical and Commercial leader for its service products portfolio. You will drive growth, manage field service, upgrades, and parts while collaborating with global product management to optimize pricing, launches, and training.

You will build knowledge of competitor offerings and market trends, support North American sales channels, and partner with marketing to craft compelling customer messaging for service expansion. Remote work is supported globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field or related experience.
• Minimum 5 years in technical sales, product marketing, product management, or service-related business development.
• Experience in vacuum or industrial technology markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the growth of Leybold's service portfolio including field service, upgrades, repairs, training, refurbished equipment, and spare parts.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase service revenue and expand market share across North America.
• Support service product management activities including pricing strategies and product launches.
