Job summary

Leybold is seeking a Product Sales Development Manager to lead the Scientific Vacuum portfolio in North America, aligning regional sales with global product strategy and pricing. You will drive market development, new product launches, and training, working with sales, applications, service, marketing, and global PM teams to deliver compelling value to customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Science, Business, or a related technical discipline preferred.
Minimum of 8 years in technical product marketing, product management, applications engineering, technical sales, or related roles.
Prior experience in vacuum technology strongly preferred.
Experience in scientific, research, semiconductor, or high-technology markets highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Own and lead Leybold's Scientific Vacuum portfolio for North America.
Act as the primary North American liaison for Global Product Management.
Support pricing strategies, lifecycle management, and new product introductions.
Collaborate with regional/global marketing to develop market messaging and promotions.
Provide product expertise to sales channels, service teams, and key customers.
