Job summary

Leybold is seeking a Product Sales Development Manager to lead the technical and commercial direction of the Scientific Vacuum portfolio across North America in a fully remote capacity. You will align regional pricing, market development, and product launches with Global Product Management and collaborate with sales, service, marketing, and applications engineering teams.

You will drive market insights, develop compelling messaging, deliver trainings, and present at customer meetings and events,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field is required.
• Minimum 8 years in technical product marketing, product management, applications engineering, technical sales, or related role.
• Experience in vacuum technology industry strongly preferred.
• Experience in scientific, research, semiconductor, or high-technology markets is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own regional NA portfolio for Leybold Scientific Vacuum product line.
• Serve as NA liaison to Global Product Management.
• Support pricing strategies, lifecycle management, and new product introductions.
• Collaborate with regional/global marketing to develop market messaging and promotions.
• Analyze market dynamics, customer needs, competitive activity, and market share trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide product expertise to sales channels, applications engineering, and strategic customers.
• Deliver product trainings and presentations to customers, sales teams, and distributors.
