Leybold USA Inc is seeking a high-impact professional to serve as the primary customer-facing liaison between the Leybold factory and clients, educating partners on the latest vacuum technology and how it can elevate production capabilities.

The role combines home-office work with frequent on-site visits to advanced factories, focusing on educating engineers and management teams and promoting equipment upgrade solutions across diverse industries.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science or equivalent technical experience.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently from a home office environment.
Willingness to travel regionally up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

Split time evenly between home office and on-site visits educating engineers and management on vacuum technology.
Promote Leybold products by designing and proposing equipment upgrade solutions.
Develop and execute a strategic vision to grow business within the region.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through expert technical support and product guidance.
Represent Leybold at trade shows, seminars, and training sessions.
Maintain company property including vehicle, computer, demo/loaner products, and stock.
Perform other duties as assigned.
