Job summary

Leybold USA Inc. is seeking a high-impact professional to serve as the primary customer-facing liaison, educating partners on vacuum technology and how it can elevate production capabilities.

You will split time between the home office and on-site visits to leading factories, delivering strategic upgrades and exceptional technical support. Travel up to 50% regionally, including international trips, while promoting Leybold products, representing the company at events, and maintaining company

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science or equivalent technical experience.
• Military veterans encouraged to apply; Navy Nuclear experience valued.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel regionally up to 50% of the time.
• Ability to educate engineers and management teams on technical topics.

Responsibilities

• Split time evenly between the home office and on-site visits to educate engineers and management on vacuum technology.
• Promote Leybold products by designing and proposing equipment upgrade solutions to an assigned account base within a geographic region.
• Develop and execute a strategic vision to grow business within the region, targeting both existing clients and new opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through expert technical support and product selection guidance.
• Represent Leybold at trade shows, seminars, and training sessions to stay informed on industry trends and offerings.
• Maintain company property, including vehicle, computer, demo/loaner products, and consignment stock.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
