Job summary

CyberSheath Services International LLC is a fast-growing managed services provider focused on cybersecurity for the Defense Industrial Base. We seek a Service Dispatch Coordinator to optimize internal and field resource utilization through daily dispatch of service requests and proactive ticket management.

The role requires excellent customer service, knowledge of MSP operations, and the ability to work in a fully remote environment with hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST / 11:00 AM–8:00 PM EST.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in a Managed Services environment preferred.
• Fully remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules for remote and field technical resources.
• Create and assign service requests via phone, email, or other channels.
• Escalate tickets related to desktop and network issues.
• Keep clients informed of incident progress and outages.
• Act as main contact for clients on service requests.
• Monitor open tickets and escalate as needed to meet SLAs.
• Report utilization of IT support resources and completed service requests.
• Enter time and expenses promptly; assist in same-call resolutions when possible.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
