CyberSheath Services International LLC is seeking an experienced Helpdesk Technician III to support a fast-growing MSP environment. You will handle advanced hardware, software, and networking escalations for on-premise and cloud systems, delivering excellent customer service while operating in a remote managed services setup.

Qualifications
- 4+ years in an MSP environment; 7+ years in IT Helpdesk with remote support.
- Experience using ConnectWise Manage for incident tracking and time entry.
- Experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac; Office 365 / Azure admin.
- Active Directory / Group Policy knowledge; basic networking (TCP/IP, VPN).
- Excellent customer service, strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced helpdesk support for hardware, software and cloud services.
- Troubleshoot remotely and escalate from Tier 1/2 to Tier 3 as needed.
- Maintain documentation and time entries in the ticketing system.
- Onboard/offboard clients, manage vendor interactions for issue remediation.
- Deploy/maintain security tools and ensure solid customer service.
