Garland Commercial Ranges is seeking a Service Coordinator in the Cleveland area to act as the central contact for customer service inquiries and dispatch management. The role includes coordinating service calls, following up with customers and FAS, and ensuring timely resolutions within set hours.

The ideal candidate will handle basic troubleshooting, maintain Salesforce records, and communicate updates. Schedule: M-F 8:00 AM-5:00 PM EST, on-site in Ohio.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or support roles.
• Knowledge of service dispatching and coordination processes.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills or willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work with internal teams and external partners (FAS).
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach to problems.
• Must be located in Central or Eastern time zone.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central contact for customer service inquiries and dispatch management.
• Create dispatches, coordinate service calls, and follow up with customers and FAS.
• Ensure timely resolution of service issues with target closures.
• Provide basic troubleshooting support before dispatching service calls.
• Maintain customer information in Salesforce and update notes timely.
• Monitor emails and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Maintain relationships with FAS to improve service delivery.
