Job summary

Aramark Corporation is seeking a Service Coordinator to support Facilities Operations by dispatching service technicians and vendors through a CMMS platform at client locations requiring maintenance or preventive service.

The role involves handling inquiries via phone, email, or CMMS, generating work orders, and following through to ensure timely, satisfactory service. This position is generally remote/telecommuting with rotating after-hours on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a service dispatch or customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
• Experience coordinating maintenance or service requests is required.
• Strong data entry and computer skills with multiple applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and CMMS; generate and track work orders.
• Dispatch technicians/vendors and communicate essential details to clients.
• Monitor and document progress of work orders; escalate infrastructure issues.
• Follow up to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
