Maintains departmental records, reports, and files per policies and procedures; distributes reports as needed.
Process electronic or telephone orders/requests.
Handle inbound calls and emails; perform follow-up as needed.
Check the general email box and route inquiries appropriately.
Prepare ship routes for processing (printing, posting).
Respond to service calls and dispatch appropriately.
Place work orders for service calls and process refunds.
