Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Service Designer to improve complex customer and internal experiences. You will create service blueprints, journey maps, and current/future-state process documentation while partnering with Product, Technology, Sales, and cross-functional stakeholders.

The role delves into frontstage and backstage processes, uncovering systems and handoffs to translate findings into actionable designs.

Qualifications

• Experience creating service blueprints, journey maps, or complex process maps.
• Ability to document current-state workflows and design future-state processes.
• Solid understanding of frontstage and backstage service processes.
• Ability to uncover systems, dependencies, ownership, handoffs, and non-digital workflows.
• Experience conducting stakeholder interviews across multiple business or tech groups.
• Strong workshop and cross-functional facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate qualitative findings into actionable service designs.
• Strong visual and written communication skills, with familiarity with Figma and Claude AI.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end Product team onboarding processes across teams, systems, and workflows.
• Develop detailed customer journey maps and service blueprints.
• Document current-state workflows across Sales, Technology, Product, and other groups.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand existing processes.
• Identify systems, dependencies, cross-functional handoffs, and behind-the-scenes processes.
• Map and improve Product team onboarding processes.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Use Figma and AI tools such as Claude to support service design and documentation efforts.
