Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to lead the commercial contract strategy, negotiations, administration, and risk management for its Services and Solutions businesses.

The role serves as a senior leader and trusted advisor to executive leadership, operations, finance, compliance and legal teams, and may be fully remote or hybrid with regular in-office presence. You will drive contract management excellence and strategic partnerships across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, Law, or related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as CPCM, CCM, PMP preferred.
• 10+ years of contract management or related experience.
• 10+ years leading complex negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership of commercial contracting strategy, negotiation, and administration for complex agreements.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial, operational, financial, and regulatory risks across the contract lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Legal, Business Development, Operations, Finance, Procurement, Compliance, and Executive Leadership.
• Evaluate contract terms, pricing structures, and performance metrics to optimize profitability and risk management.
• Establish and maintain contract governance processes, standards, and controls for compliance.
• Drive process improvements, best practices, and adoption of contract management technologies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop contract management personnel and support workforce planning.
