• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in transportation operations leadership
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of LTL, DOT, OSHA, NMFC, and tariff rules preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet

Responsibilities

• Lead service center staff and maintain effective working relationships
