Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a full-time Service Administrator Supervisor to lead the administrative operations for Remote Services. You’ll manage PO lifecycles, invoicing, change orders, and contract renewals while guiding a skilled admin team and ensuring data quality and reporting for leadership.

You will drive onboarding, timesheet and service management configurations, and coordinate across Sales, Finance, and Branch leadership to maintain service commitments and delivery

Qualifications

• Experience in financial operations and contract administration is required.
• Experience leading admin teams and coordinating billing, PO, and invoicing processes.
• Knowledge of service management platforms, automation, and data governance is important.

Responsibilities

• Lead admin team and ensure coverage model with backups.
• Oversee PO lifecycle, change orders, and invoicing accuracy.
• Monitor contract renewals and account financial health.
• Own admin platform configuration and onboarding workflow.
