Stryker Digital, LLC is seeking an SEO Client Success Manager to own a portfolio of home-service clients and drive measurable SEO outcomes. You’ll be the frontline liaison, translating technical work into business value and ensuring client renewals.

You’ll oversee onboarding, monthly reviews, and collaboration with fulfillment teams to deliver high-quality campaigns that meet timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client-facing SEO or account management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Local SEO, Google Business Profiles, on-page SEO, backlinks, citations.
• Experience leading strategy calls, managing client relationships, and presenting results.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts with polished communications.

Responsabilités

• Be the day-to-day contact for assigned SEO accounts via Slack, video, and email.
• Collaborate with fulfillment teams to ensure on-page, backlinks, citations, and GMB optimization are delivered on time.
• Lead monthly video calls to review results, discuss strategy, and outline next steps.
• Identify upsell opportunities (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, websites) aligned with client goals.
• Present SEO data highlighting business outcomes and ROI, not vanity metrics.
• Foster long-term client relationships through proactive communication and follow-through.
