Stryker Digital is seeking a results-driven SEO Account Manager in the United States. You will serve as the primary strategic partner for clients, overseeing SEO campaigns and paid advertising initiatives to meet client objectives.

You will collaborate with internal fulfillment teams and external stakeholders to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and deliver measurable results. A strong background in SEO and paid media is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing SEO or account management role.
• Strong knowledge of local SEO, Google Business Profiles, on-page SEO, backlinks, and citations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail, able to manage multiple client accounts.
• Growth mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: act as the primary point of contact for assigned SEO clients via Slack, video calls, and email.
• Campaign Execution Oversight: coordinate with fulfillment teams to ensure on-page content, backlinks, citations, and Google Business Profile optimization meet quality standards.
• Progress Calls: lead monthly Zoom meetings to review results and discuss strategies.
• Upsell Opportunities: identify and recommend additional services (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, websites) aligned with client goals.
• Reporting and Analysis: present SEO data clearly, highlight ROI, and support decision-making.
• Client Retention: maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and follow-through.
