Job summary

Stryker Digital, LLC is seeking an SEO Client Success Manager to own a portfolio of home service clients, handling strategy, communication, and relationships from onboarding to renewal. You'll work directly with business owners to translate SEO work into measurable business results, oversee fulfillment with internal teams, and spot upsell opportunities across services while maintaining strong client trust.

This remote role offers a base salary of $60,000–$80,000 with $100,000+ on-target earnings

Qualifications

2+ years of client-facing SEO or account management experience.
Strong command of local SEO, Google Business Profiles, backlinks, and citations.
Proven ability to lead strategy calls and build client relationships.
Detail-oriented with ability to juggle multiple accounts and deliver polished communications.
Growth-minded, eager to own projects and grow with a fast-scaling team.
Bonus: experience with GoHighLevel, GA4, Monday.com, Slack.

Responsibilities

Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned SEO accounts, communicating via Slack, video, and email.
Ensure on-page content, backlinks, citations, and Google Business Profile optimization are delivered on time and to standard.
Lead monthly video calls to walk clients through results and discuss next steps.
Identify and recommend additional services that align with client goals (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, websites).
Present SEO data in a business-outcome-focused way and ROI-focused; avoid vanity metrics.
Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication and follow-through.
