Job summary

Organic Checkout is seeking an Account Manager & Growth Strategist to manage client relationships and drive growth for ecommerce and local businesses. You will guide SEO, GEO, and AI Optimization strategies using our automated workflows, review outputs, and translate performance into clear growth priorities.

Own day-to-day client relationships, lead meetings, coordinate deliverables, and identify opportunities to expand services.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, client success, or a client-facing marketing role.
• Strong communication skills and confidence leading client conversations.
• Excellent organization and reliable follow-through across multiple accounts.
• Working understanding of SEO, including search intent, content strategy, and performance measurement.
• Familiarity with GEO and AIO, and interest in how AI-powered discovery affects client visibility.
• Ability to connect marketing results to business outcomes.
• Comfort using AI tools, automation, and reporting platforms.
• Sound judgment about when automated work needs human review or intervention.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client relationships, from onboarding to ongoing check-ins.
• Lead client meetings and explain progress, results, and next steps clearly.
• Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and follow-ups with internal team.
• Identify concerns early and keep clients informed and confident.
• Support client retention and identify opportunities to expand services where there's a clear business benefit.
• Develop practical SEO, GEO, and AIO strategies using automated workflows.
• Help ecommerce clients improve product discovery, qualified traffic, and conversions.
• Help local businesses strengthen visibility and attract relevant customer inquiries.
• Review automated recommendations and outputs for quality, relevance, and accuracy.
• Monitor performance and translate data into useful recommendations.
• Work with the team to refine strategies as results and client priorities change.
