Job summary

Kavaliro is seeking a Senior Workforce Management Product Lead for a 100% remote role. You will drive strategy, design, and global deployment of Workforce Management solutions, focusing on Workforce Software (WFS), Time & Attendance, and integrations with Workday, payroll, and other enterprise systems.

This is a high-impact leadership position with global stakeholder exposure. Responsibilities include leading global deployment plans, coordinating with HR, IT, and vendors, and ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workforce Management experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours to support global teams.
• Experience with Workforce Software (WFS) and payroll integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and rollout of global Workforce Management solutions.
• Manage Workforce Software (WFS) projects, including Time & Attendance and pay rule configuration.
• Gather requirements and design scalable Workforce Management processes.
• Support integrations with Workday, ADP, Kronos/UKG and other enterprise systems.
• Develop deployment plans, roadmaps, and project updates.
• Ensure compliance with local labor and payroll requirements across countries.
• Drive change management and user adoption for new processes.
