Job summary

Kavaliro is seeking a Business Development Manager for its Workforce Solutions division. You will hunt leads, develop relationships with clients, support delivery teams in information gathering, and maintain ongoing accounts.

The role emphasizes using standard sales tools, achieving KPI targets based on face time with prospects, and coordinating with HR Coordinators and back-office staff to finalize contracts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a staffing agency recruitment setting
• General knowledge of staffing ecosystem including contract staffing, contract-to-hire, direct hire, and SOW engagements
• Exposure to Government contracts and selling for IT/Engineering roles plus VMS clients

Responsibilities

• Hunt leads and develop relationships with clients
• Support delivery team in information gathering and onboarding
• Submit and file service agreements with back-office assistance
• Assist with finalizing documentation and timecard approvals
• Promote Kavaliro's service offerings across divisions
