Summary: The Senior Workforce Management Product Lead will lead the strategy, design, and global deployment of Workforce Management solutions, with a primary focus on Workforce Software (WFS), Time & Attendance, and integrations with Workday, payroll, and other enterprise systems. This role will partner closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Enterprise Architecture, business stakeholders, and external vendors to define requirements, design scalable processes, and ensure compliance with global labor and pay requirements. • Manage multiple country deployments, timelines, risks, and priorities
• Work with vendors and implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery

• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to key stakeholders and leadership
• Support change management and user adoption for new processes and systems
• Identify opportunities to improve and standardize Workforce Management processes globally

Requirements

• 5+ years of Workforce Management experience
• Ability to work flexible hours to support global teams and time zones

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
