Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. seeks a Sr Workday HRIS Analyst (Compensation) to partner with global HR teams on compensation activities within Workday. You will own the Compensation module, drive configurations, reporting, and security controls while coordinating with stakeholders across regions.

This remote role supports the Workday HRIS function, maintains documentation, and leads UAT and release activities to ensure successful implementations aligned with business goals.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, HR, or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Workday Compensation module experience with 5+ years preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities for compensation data.

Mansioni

• Lead global compensation projects in Workday and ensure best practices.
• Partner with stakeholders to design, test, and implement configurations.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and calculated fields for HR analytics.
• Coordinate UAT, upgrades, and security controls; maintain documentation.
