Job summary

Lamb Weston, Inc. is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to manage Workday across HCM, Core & Advanced Compensation for a global organization. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to architect solutions, implement configurations, and champion Workday best practices.

The role requires deep Workday expertise, strong data mapping capabilities, and the ability to lead release management and UAT across multiple regions. Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS/HR or related field.
• Workday Certification preferred.
• Five years of Workday experience, including three years on the Compensation module.
• Strong HR systems knowledge and data mapping.
• Ability to translate business requirements into Workday configurations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday configurations for HCM, Core & Advanced Compensation.
• Lead bi-annual Workday release management with testing scenarios.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and perform UAT for system upgrades.
• Develop reports, dashboards and analytics in Workday.
• Ensure security, data integrity and compliance across HR data.
