Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Sr Workday HRIS Analyst (Compensation) to join the HRIS team. You will own and optimize the Workday compensation modules, collaborating with global HR stakeholders to support compensation processes worldwide.

You will lead UAT, manage annual compensation cycles, and develop reports and dashboards to ensure data integrity and security across Workday. This role reports to the Manager of HR Systems and requires strong Workday expertise.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/training/experience in MIS, HR, or related field required.
• Five (5) years of Workday experience with three (3) years specific to the Compensation module.
• Workday Certification is preferred

Mansioni

• Own and manage Workday Compensation module and related HRIS processes.
• Partner with global stakeholders to architect solutions and implement changes.
• Lead testing cycles (UAT) and Workday release management for assigned modules.
• Develop documentation and training materials to support system changes and knowledge transfer.
