Job summary

Lamb Weston is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to own Workday across HCM and Compensation, partnering with global HR stakeholders to architect solutions and implement configurations for scalable, secure HR processes. You will lead Workday release management, develop documentation and end-user training, and ensure accurate reporting and analytics while upholding data integrity and security.

Minimum five years in Workday with three in Compensation; Workday Certification preferred; strong IT/HR

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in MIS, HR, or related field.
Workday Certification is preferred.
Minimum five years of Workday experience with three years in the Compensation module.
Experience building calculated fields is strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR systems, data security, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Own and manage Workday HRIS across modules; partner with global HR stakeholders to architect solutions.
Lead annual Global Advanced Compensation processes.
Analyze requirements and translate into documented solutions.
Lead Workday release management and testing.
Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for users.
Uphold data integrity and security across Workday.
