Lamb Weston is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to drive Workday solutions for global HR functions. You will partner with stakeholders, own modules like HCM, Core & Advanced Compensation, and champion best practices, releases, and security.

The role demands hands-on Workday expertise, documentation, training support, and cross-functional collaboration across HR operations. The position emphasizes governance, data integrity, and scalable solutions to enable strategic HR initiatives worldwide.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/training/experience in MIS, HR, or related field.
• Workday Certification is preferred.
• 5+ years of Workday experience with 3+ years specific to the Compensation module.
• Advanced proficiency with calculated fields.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and HR processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into Workday solutions.

Aufgaben

• Manage annual Global Advanced Compensation Process.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate into documented solutions.
• Develop scalable Workday solutions for the Global HR teams for best-in-class user experience, performance and security.
• Lead Workday release management and ensure configuration validation.
• Provide documentation, user guides, and training materials for system changes.
• Lead KT sessions and cross-functional collaboration on projects.
• Support integrations and manage escalated Workday tickets via ServiceNow.
• Ensure data security and adherence to HR regulatory requirements.
