Job summary

Lamb Weston in Idaho is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to own Workday configuration and support across global HR functions. You will partner with stakeholders to architect solutions, implement modules (HCM, Core & Advanced Compensation), and ensure data security and compliance while staying current with Workday releases.

This role requires 5+ years of Workday experience, including compensation, strong technical skills, documentation, and collaboration with HR Service Center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in MIS/HR or related field required.
• Workday Certification is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of Workday experience with 3 years in Compensation.
• Experience building calculated fields is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, applications, theory and practice.
• Proficiency with data conversion and mapping.
• Able to explain complex HRIS concepts in user-friendly terms.
• Understanding of business objectives and impact on systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Global Advanced Compensation process annually.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate into solutions.
• Develop scalable Workday solutions for global HR teams with focus on UX, performance and security.
• Lead Workday release management, testing scenarios and configuration validation.
• Document changes, create guides and training materials for users.
• Drive reporting and analytics through complex Workday reports and dashboards.
• Support integrations and mass updates via EIBs and ServiceNow tickets.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across Workday modules.
