Job summary

Lamb Weston is seeking a Sr Workday HRIS Analyst (Compensation) to lead Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation configurations for a global organization. You will partner with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions while staying current with Workday releases.

A strong background in compensation processes and a Workday certification is preferred. You will drive best practices, own documentation, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful

Qualifications

Experience with Workday modules: HCM, Core & Advanced Compensation.
Strong knowledge of HR business processes and Workday upgrades.
Workday certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead configuration and support for Workday HCM, Core & Advanced Compensation.
Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather requirements and translate to solutions.
Develop documentation, training materials, and user guides for system changes.
Manage UAT, system upgrades, and release management for assigned modules.
Ensure data security and compliance of HR information on Workday.
