Job summary

Vitalant is seeking a Sr. ERP Developer - Workday to design, implement, and support Workday solutions that empower our teams across the nation. You will develop integrations, create dashboards, and ensure data integrity while collaborating with cross-functional partners to meet evolving business needs.

You will lead continuous improvements, manage deployments, and document configurations and processes in a fast-paced nonprofit IT environment, with remote work options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• 5+ years building integrations within the Workday ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of Workday integration tools and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Manage Workday modules, configurations, and customizations for performance and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Develop and optimize Workday integrations, reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Monitor integrations, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
• Lead testing, audits, and documentation to ensure compliance and quality.
• Provide technical guidance and share best practices with the team.
