Job summary

Vitalant is seeking a Sr. ERP Developer – Workday to serve as an internal technical expert, developing, enhancing, and supporting Workday applications that enable our teams to work more effectively.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to design solutions, implement process improvements, troubleshoot complex issues, and assess enterprise-wide impacts. This remote role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Deep understanding of ERP systems, preferably Workday, including integration architecture, security models, and advanced development tools.
• Knowledge of automated applications systems and SDLC principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday modules, configurations, and customizations, ensuring system performance and data integrity.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that support business needs.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Workday integrations, reports, dashboards and analytics using EIB, Studio, and other Workday tools.
• Monitor integration performance and resolve technical issues to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal support teams and external vendors to resolve critical issues.
