Responsibilities

• Special Projects: research, specify, develop and test Workday Compensation enhancements.
• Solution assessment, development and validation in line with business requirements.
• Requirements gathering with HR, Compensation and leaders; validate alignment with objectives.
• Analyze and prioritize requirements; document processes and security considerations.
• System administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production deployments for Workday Compensation.
• Provide training and governance support; lead Talent Technology initiatives.
