Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Workday Reporting and Security Analyst to join a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This remote role focuses on delivering HR reporting, validating data, and strengthening security controls to ensure access to people data is secure.

You will partner with HR and stakeholders to translate reporting needs into dashboards and analytical outputs, maintain reports, and ensure compliance alignment. Strong Workday expertise and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years with HR/finance information systems and reporting tools.
• HR data models and organization structures knowledge.
• Proficiency in Workday HCM reporting and Report Writer preferred.
• Strong understanding of Workday security features and controls.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to define reporting requirements and develop reports
• Deliver workforce metrics and insights through reports and dashboards
• Manage and optimize people analytics reporting with data validation and access controls
• Validate custom reports for accuracy and alignment with business needs
• Support and troubleshoot existing reports, resolving access and design issues
• Document report functionality for ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing
• Evaluate system releases and recommend changes to reports and dashboards
