Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in a Marketing Analytics role.
• Experience with web/mobile analytics (GA, Heap), advertising analytics (GMP, Meta, Trade Desk), and phone tracking (Invoca).
• SQL and downstream data applications (BI, etc.).
• Experience with PowerBI, Databricks, and/or dbt is a plus.
• Ability to synthesize data context into actionable insights.
• Strong verbal and written communication; capable of presenting complex ideas clearly.
• Intrapreneurial mindset with continuous improvement focus.

Responsibilities

• Support reporting workstreams for organization- and executive-level reporting related to Marketing impact.
• Assist in creating and managing data tables for various data applications.
• Monitor and report on Marketing & Communication ecosystem performance using visualization and decks.
• Conduct analyses to answer business questions by joining and transforming data.
• Collaborate with Analytics, IT, and Marketing to build, optimize, and manage BI ecosystem.
• Work with stakeholders and vendors to ensure Marketing Analytics perspective is applied.
• Promote a hybrid Service / Self-Service analytics model within M&C and educate peers.
• Manage data workspaces, refreshes, dataflows, and improve data processing efficiency.
