Job summary

Talantir is seeking a Global Marketing Data Analyst to turn data into decisions and drive growth globally. You will own data flow, design ETL pipelines, and improve how data is captured and used across US and international teams.

You will work with marketing leaders to understand performance, uncover opportunities, and influence decisions while modernising data infrastructure and analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics or similar role.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to write and optimise complex queries.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI or Tableau) and large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Marketing teams to deliver data-driven insights that shape strategy.
• Build, optimise, and automate data processes and workflows.
• Design and maintain ETL pipelines for clean, reliable data flow.
• Deliver daily and ad hoc reporting for US and international stakeholders.
• Investigate data issues, perform QA, and troubleshoot inconsistencies.
• Translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with analysts, marketers, and developers on strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to improvements in data infrastructure and efficiency.
