You will work with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to align data solutions with business goals. The position requires hands-on ETL work with Talend, data visualization with Visio, and strong SDLC knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
• Proficiency in ETL processes and tools, particularly Talend.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Visio for presenting complex information clearly.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC and its application in data projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with project management teams to define project scope and objectives.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes using tools like Talend to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Create visual representations of data using Visio and other visualization tools to communicate findings effectively.
• Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure data solutions meet business needs.
• Utilize advanced analytical techniques to predict future trends based on historical data.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on progress towards goals.
• Work closely with stakeholders to smash barriers to effective data utilization across the organization.
