Tabby is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst for CRM who will own analytics, measurement, and insights that guide decisions across campaigns. You will partner with CRM, Product, and data platforms to define data needs, ensure data quality, and translate insights into actions.

This remote role offers flexible hours and opportunities to shape CRM strategy, build dbt models on BigQuery, and develop Tableau dashboards that empower marketers and stakeholders to act quickly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as data/marketing/CRM analyst
• Experience with CRM platforms and lifecycle analytics
• Proficiency in SQL and dbt on BigQuery
• Experience with marketing experimentation and A/B tests
• Proficiency in Python and Tableau

Responsibilities

• Be analytics partner to CRM marketers and Product
• Design measurement designs for campaigns (always-on vs blasts)
• Explain technical concepts in plain language to marketers
• Own CRM performance measurement (A/B tests, holdouts)
• Manage CRM analytics data in dbt on BigQuery
• Collaborate with data platform team on data needs and timelines
• Build Tableau dashboards for insights and decisions
• Maintain self-serve AI analytics tools for non-technical users
• Work with data science on propensity models and tests
