Talantir seeks a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead the analytics narrative for a multi-client roster, optimizing every marketing dollar through advanced modeling, testing, and storytelling. You will own cross-channel audits, roadmaps, and executive reports while partnering with Creative and Account teams to drive ROI.

You will shape media mix decisions, stay ahead of privacy shifts and AI bidding trends, and push for innovative measurement tools across the agency’s stack.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in performance or growth marketing, in a fast-paced agency.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar automotive retail role.
• Deep proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and at least one DSP.
• Advanced data visualization skills with Looker Studio/Tableau/Power BI; strong attribution knowledge.
• Excellent storytelling to turn data into business value.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly omni-channel performance audits across Search, Social, and Programmatic.
• Develop optimization roadmaps and reallocations across channels.
• Use MMM to recommend budget splits for CAC/ROAS optimization.
• Translate data into narrative monthly reports for clients.
• Collaborate with Creative and Account Managers on assets and expectations.
• Advise on tech stack and tools to improve measurement.
