Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, risk management preferred; CPCU/ARM designation required or in progress.
• 10+ years of related experience, with relationship-building in claims or risk management.
• Executive senior leadership experience in a complex, high-growth, multi-unit organization.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads the company’s business development strategy to support long-term growth.
• Identifies, pursues, and secures new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions.
• Cultivates and maintains strong executive-level relationships with clients, partners, investors, and external organizations.
• Leads, mentors, and develops a high-performing business development team with a focus on accountability, innovation, and results.
• Oversees budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for business development initiatives.
