Medtronic Senior Vascular Therapy Development Representative in New Orleans leads adoption of vascular therapies, trains staff, and expands the account base across the territory with remote field support and local travel.

You will build relationships with physicians and hospital leaders, develop territory plans, and collaborate with vascular sales partners to drive launches while ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 12+ years; OR Associate's Degree and 10+ years; OR Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of medical device, medtech, healthcare, life sciences, sales, or clinical experience.
• Experience developing new accounts, driving therapy adoption, and supporting new product or technology launches.
• Demonstrated success achieving sales objectives, territory growth targets, and market penetration goals.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.

Responsabilités

• Drive adoption and utilization of vascular therapies through targeted market development and account growth strategies.
• Identify, prioritize, and convert new business opportunities to expand market share within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute territory business plans aligned to sales objectives, growth targets, and account development goals.
• Build relationships with physicians, hospital administrators, key decision-makers, and KOLs to support therapy adoption.
• Educate and train healthcare professionals on product applications, procedural workflow, and clinical benefits of vascular therapies.
• Collaborate with Vascular sales partners to execute growth strategies, support product launches, and maximize customer engagement.
• Provide clinical and procedural support during cases while managing customer expectations and improving therapy outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and expense management expectations.
