Job summary

BigPanda is seeking a Senior Business Value Manager to quantify and communicate financial and operational value of its AI platform for IT ops. You will drive value realization for existing customers and value opportunities for prospects, partnering across Sales, Product, and Customer teams.

You’ll translate complex data into measurable outcomes, craft business cases, and help customers with renewals, adoption, and expansion using defensible models and storytelling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Value, Value Engineering, Customer Success, or a related customer-facing role.
• Experience in sales, sales engineering, or customer-facing value roles at a fast-paced technology company.
• Expertise building technology business cases for realized and projected value.
• Strong analytical skills across multiple data sources.
• Ability to build bottom-up value models using revenue, cost savings, ROI, NPV, IRR, and payback.
• Executive presentation and storytelling skills for CIO/CFO/VP audiences.

Responsibilities

• Champion value selling across strategic accounts and GTM orgs; articulate value to senior stakeholders.
• Build and present value-realization cases and projected-value business cases for opportunities.
• Translate use cases into measurable business outcomes and financial results.
• Equip Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer teams with value articulation tools and content.
• Develop thought leadership, case studies, and AI-enabled workflows.
